This wine exhibits a delicate ruby color. Balanced in acidity and old-world Bordeaux style, this wine is elegant with aromas of sweet tobacco leaf, dried fig and cedar or cigar box. On the pallet, there are flavors of caramel and honey morphing into a complex crème brulée silky finish. The tannins are fine and fuzzy on the tongue and linger as the finish expresses the minerality of the soil. The wine is soft and drinkable now but will continue to age and become more complex for a decade.
