Described as “uncompromisingly contemporary” in their taste for art, the Stones have taken a decidedly classic approach to making wine. According to Norman, they had no choice. As he points out: “ It’s a vineyard ideally suited for Bordeaux-style Cabernet Sauvignon.”
Stonescape currently produces small quantities of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon under the AZS label from a vineyard planted in 2001. The wine is made at Quixote Winery located in the Stag’s Leap District of the Napa Valley.
